Aquatherm NZ Ltd offer regular training courses to certify trades people in the application of the fusiotherm® system. The training course itself is a 3-4 hour session that involves theoretical and practical tuition. All aspects of installation, testing, storage and safety are detailed during the course. Participants receive a certification of attendance and are awarded a certified installer number; applicable to them not the company they may work for. This number is then documented on the test certificate and used as a reference to validate our comprehensive warranty.

In addition the Aquatherm New Zealand technical and sales support team is active nationally with on-site training and installation support, ensuring - quality installations are achieved.

Training sessions are held in the Auckland office on a weekly basis and onsite nationally by arrangement, with the Regional Manager.

Installer Cards

Aquatherm are launching a new card to be given out to tradesman once they have completed Training in one of the five categories:

S= Socket Fusion
E = Electric Fusion
B = Butt Welding
U = Underfloor
SS = Sliding Sleeve

This will include Your name, your Installer number and the expiry date which is 3 years from the time you completed the course and a letter corresponding with what you were trained in. You will need to do a refresher course at the end of your expiry.

You MUST have done one of these courses to be entitled to a card and you MUST fill out one of the Application forms. Please send it back to Aquatherm Auckland with all your details filled out.

NOTE: If you know that you are a registered Installer but you have shifted to another company since, or have a change in address, please notify us ASAP. We won't be able to send your card to you if we don't have correct address details.
