Climatech (one of New Zealand's leading providers of air conditioning) Hawke's Bay are involved in an ongoing project at the Waiapu House Aged Care Centre in Napier, which aims to provide a superior hospital and home for its residents through care and service, which is where aquatherm underfloor heating came in and is being installed throughout the large building as seen in the above pictures.

Claud Switzer Resthome fitted with aquatherm underfloor

This is the underfloor install for the additions at the Claud Switzer Rest Home in Kaitaia. The job was done by Rogers and Rogers Plumbing and was supervised by Percy Busby of that company. Climatherm pipe was used for the main water supply to the underfloor heating systems 23 Manifolds. Roger and Rogers are also installing Fusiotherm for the hot and cold potable water system with circulating mains in the ceiling. The job is still in progress and may be another 4 weeks to finish the project.
