Domestic Installation
One of the many domestic installations taking place around the country, is this monstrous luxurious home in Broomfields, Whitford, Auckland. The aquatherm firestop pipe was installed by Plumbcraft Ltd.
Homesafe does another fantastic job with firestop
Another complex firestop installation for the team at Homesafe Ltd. This Wellington project, an architecturally designed building with very few concealed places, made this a particularly difficult installation for the team.
As you can see from the photos above, Paul Van Weerden's team has done a brilliant job as usual with the firestop product, overcoming a variety of obstacles. Well done Homesafe Ltd, every domestic and residential sprinkler job we have seen from your team has been to an absolute top standard.

Greenlane Hospital - Auckland
Now underway the fire sprinkler conversion of a historic Greenlane Hospital building. The use of firestop supported a light, clean, easy installation, no hot work permits and is proving to be an ideal retro fire sprinkler system for installations through to ordinary hazard 2.
Inground Installation - Alert Fire
Above photo is a recent Alert Fire Ltd installation of the new Deloittes Green Star building in Hamilton.
firestop involvement was the use of 125mm OD fire sprinkler mains installed directly underground.
firestop's 50 year resistance to corrosion and no external protection measures to the pipe and fittings confirms, an excellent life cycle costing application and simplicity of installation.

aquatherm firestop was mentioned in a huge two page spread "Retrofitting a home sprinkler system" in the latest BUILD magazine by BRANZ. The article is on the firestop design and installation on a 1891 villa (as shown above).

In Germany - the impressive picture below shows one of three crane houses being built to assist with loading cranes in the harbour. The building consists of three crane houses which are also a landmark and guiding point.
