Plumberman Hamilton is a franchise business that is owned by Brent and Maureen Hallam. Brent has been in the plumbing industry for 19 years and they have owned the Plumberman franchise for over 8 years.

With 10 staff working for them, they do maintenance and new plumbing as well as drainlaying and gasfitting.

When it comes to installing potable water systems in new homes they have recently started to use aquatherm® SHT flexible pipe with its sliding sleeve technology. They have been trained and certified by aquatherm® and are purchasing the pipe system from Plumbing World. Each installation is tested on completion and then a written warranty is completed for that job. The system also had the added attraction of BRANZ approval at high temperatures and pressures.

Brent and his team have now installed aquatherm® SHT in 50 houses and are finding it easy to install and cost efficient.

Growth in SHT Sliding Sleeve

It's great to see several of our larger fusiotherm clients now integrating our SHT polybute sliding sleeve system under the one warranty when requiring a flexible solution in large commercial applications. A robust brass sliding sleeve system technique in dimensions 16, 20 and 25mm. High pressure and temperature are a feature of this system with a distinctive green stripe to identify the aquatherm BRANZ appraised product.
